Bayside Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse (Grade 2) to join Ward 10 South at Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston. The role covers general medical patients with cardiac monitoring and respiratory support, working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The fixed-term part-time position offers up to 80 hours per fortnight, with opportunities for education and training and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care across our network.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Completion of a graduate year or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Telemetry experience is desirable.
• Commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers.

Responsabilités

• Provide care to general medical patients on Ward 10 South.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and respiratory support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
• Participate in education and training to support staff development.

The Team & Role

Ward 10 South is located at the state of the art Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston, specialising in the care of general medical patients and offers cardiac monitoring and respiratory support. Skills & Experience Required

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Completion of a graduate year or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience and scope of practice.
• Communicates well with and relates to consumers from a wide range of cultures
• Telemetry experience is desirable
