Job summary

Beechworth Health Service invites applications for a graduate nursing program designed to develop new nurses through a 12-month rotation across Residential Aged Care, Acute services and District Nursing.

The program supports learning in a safe, inclusive environment with opportunities for ongoing professional development, career progression and access to salary packaging benefits. Applicants must hold a Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse registration.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Diploma of Nursing qualification
• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Less than 12 months experience working as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
• Current NDIS and Working with Children's Check
• Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• A knowledge of, and commitment to, Quality and Risk Management.
