Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cloud and infrastructure operations in a hybrid environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing MSPs and technology vendors.
• Strong commercial capability across budgets and technology investment.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Azure, on-premises, compute, storage and network infrastructure.
• Support resilient infrastructure across corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Lead and develop technical infrastructure specialists.
• Manage cloud and infrastructure partners, vendors, SLAs and service performance.
• Drive monitoring, observability, automation and preventative maintenance.
• Lead infrastructure lifecycle, patching, backup, recovery and resilience.
• Partner with Digital Manufacturing/OT, Cybersecurity and Data & Analytics.
• Balance BAU operations with infrastructure modernisation and strategic projects.
• Manage and optimise significant Azure, network and telecommunications investment.
