UAA Group is seeking an End User Computing Support Administrator to join our Business Technology team in Australia. This hands-on role provides on-site and remote support for end users across devices, apps, and collaboration tools, working closely with our MSP to resolve issues efficiently and maintain productivity.
You will help onboard/offboard users, manage device lifecycles, support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Entra ID) and Intune, and assist with AV and meeting room tech

We are looking for an End User Computing Support Administrator to join our Business Technology team.
This is a hands‑on support role focused on keeping our people connected and productive. You will provide day‑to‑day technical support across devices, systems and collaboration tools, working closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
You will also play a key role in supporting onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle management, and maintaining smooth IT operations across the business.
