We hold 100+ direct investments into broking, underwriting agency, and health and rehabilitation businesses, with a further 100+ businesses held by our subsidiaries.

The Group operates within the insurance intermediary sector, providing insurance broking, underwriting agency, post claim rehabilitation, investigation, and loss adjusting to small and medium enterprise businesses.

We are on the lookout for an Application Support Analyst to join the team on the Gold Coast on a permanent, hybrid basis.

The Application Support Analyst will provide tier 3 application and technical support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications, while contributing to secure and efficient software delivery practices, and will be responsible for a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to:

• Assist to deliver exceptional customer service and educate users
• Ceate and assist in maintaining end user documentation
• Performing testing functions aligned with the testing framework
• Support development activities to test, enhance or validate new solutions or concepts

This position also incorporates the Development Lifecycle – aligned responsibilities including supporting testing practices, monitoring and secure development principles, working closely with Development, Infrastructure and Business Teams.
