Job summary

NextSense is seeking an End User Analyst in our Infrastructure Services team at Macquarie Park HQ. This temporary full-time role (38 hours/week) reports to the Infrastructure Manager and offers salary packaging, generous leave, and parent leave benefits.

You will provide first-level IT support, manage assets, and contribute to improving end-user technology experiences while ensuring security and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in IT or equivalent is required.
• Strong client-facing communication, both written and verbal.
• Proven troubleshooting and multitasking abilities with sensitivity to disability issues.
• Must hold NSW driver licence.
• WWCC and National Criminal Record Check or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 18 months IT Service Desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Log, track, assign and escalate service requests and incidents.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets (desktops, laptops, mobiles) and support app/software deployment.
• Maintain accurate registers of assets and software licences.
• Create/maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in End User Computing and security compliance.
