KBR in Australia is seeking an End User Compute (EUC) Engineer to sustain and improve endpoint and server environments across client ICT systems. You will collaborate with service delivery, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure, reliable access to computing resources and maintain SOE images using MDT/SCCM.

The role involves patch management, application packaging and deployment, and strong incident management capabilities within government networks.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in an EUC, Desktop Engineering or Systems Administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 10/11.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to work across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day sustainment of EUC platform services.
• Monitor endpoint performance, patch compliance and availability.
• Maintain SOE images using MDT and SCCM.
• Package, test and deploy applications using SCCM and Tanium.
• Support user file storage, profile management and data recoverability.
• Act as escalation point for EUC incidents and drive root cause analysis.
