Job summary

Optus is seeking an End-to-End Network Voice Service Owner in Sydney to drive performance and evolution of mobile and fixed voice services. You will translate complex challenges into priorities and practical improvement plans that support customer outcomes, strategy and growth.

Lead service-health reviews, define SLAs, and work across Networks, Product and business teams to improve resilience and cost efficiency. Strong ITIL background and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Extensive years’ experience in telecommunications with service ownership, architecture, operations or product engineering.
Strong understanding of mobile and fixed voice services, VoLTE/IMS, SIP, and related networks.
Experience mapping services and dependencies and translating impacts for customers and business.
Expertise in ITIL principles and service assurance across complex environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Network Voice services across products and domains, maintaining clear service maps.
Collaborate with Product Managers to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
Define and manage service quality, reliability, and customer experience targets with measurable improvements.
Lead service-health reviews and drive resilience, observability, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
