Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced M&A Manager to lead the development and execution of our M&A strategy and transaction pipeline. You will identify opportunities, oversee due diligence, and provide commercial advice to shape growth across the Ampcontrol Group.

You will bring advanced financial modelling, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of leading transactions through multiple lifecycle stages in industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading M&A transactions across multiple stages.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analysis skills.
• Strong end-to-end M&A lifecycle understanding.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and advisers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A strategy, pipeline and acquisition priorities.
• Identify and progress acquisition, partnership and investment opportunities.
• Manage transactions from due diligence to completion.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation and deal structuring.
• Coordinate internal workstreams and external advisers.
• Prepare investment cases and board presentations.
• Ensure integration planning and value creation post-acquisition.
