Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in internal Talent Acquisition functions.
• Experience in recruitment agency environments is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of operational, technical, frontline and professional roles.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment and sourcing solutions.
• Coordinate contingent labour and contractor engagements with agency partners.
• Deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns and projects with a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment best practice.
