Job summary

SA Water’s Growth Group is seeking a motivated Business Coordinator. This 12-month maximum term role provides high-quality administrative and operational support across recruitment, onboarding, workforce engagement, supplier relationships and governance.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers, Procurement and Talent Acquisition to ensure contingent labour and workforce processes run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently, enabling teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Business Administration or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience raising, processing and monitoring work orders and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the onboarding of new employees, contingent workers and contractors.
• Support administrative activities for contingent labour and contract recruitment.
• Liaise with managers and stakeholders to facilitate onboarding and workforce commencement.
• Maintain accurate workforce, supplier and contract records across systems.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Provide broader operational and administrative support to the Growth Group as required.
