Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in payroll.
• Knowledge of federal and state wage standards and reporting.
• Experience with payroll systems like ADP or Emplive is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll fortnightly for multiple properties.
• Maintain payroll records, salary changes, allowances and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with awards, tax laws and superannuation rules.
• Handle terminations, leave payments and final payments.
• Reconcile payroll reports and payroll GL accounts.
• Prepare statutory reporting (PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax).
• Respond to payroll queries and support audits.
