Randstad in Macquarie Park, Sydney, seeks a Supply Chain & Customer Facing Specialist on a hybrid 12-month contract. You will drive order-to-cash, outbound logistics, and stakeholder support, ensuring quality, compliance and cost efficiencies.

Reporting to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager ANZ, the role emphasises GMP/GDP compliance, timely sales orders and invoicing accuracy, plus collaboration with distributors, 3PLs and customers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.

Qualificações

• Strong mix of supply chain process knowledge and customer liaison skills.
• Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical supply chain preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance and regulatory processes.
• Experience with ERP, MS Office, basic database management, and data analytics.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and basic finance concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Thrives under pressure with tight deadlines and change management.
• Team player with negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to data accuracy and process efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee commercial and non-commercial movements of goods in GMP/GDP compliance, internal SOPs, and international custom regulations.
• Timely processing of sales orders, ensuring high invoicing accuracy and financial integrity.
• Maintain communication with internal units, distributors, 3PL partners, and customers for on-time deliveries.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction proposals in transportation and contribute to process improvements.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues while upholding quality and safety frameworks.
