Job summary

C3Talent is seeking an experienced Group Payroll Specialist in Brisbane to lead the day-to-day operation of payroll across the organisation. You will ensure accurate end-to-end payroll processing, maintain payroll data integrity and support month-end activities with senior finance stakeholders.

You will bring strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, reconciliations and reporting; CHRIS21 experience would be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll function.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and entitlements.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, month-end processes and reporting.
• Proficiency with CHRIS21 is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel, databases and financial systems skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate end-to-end payroll processing.
• Maintain payroll data and ensure system integrity.
• Reconcile leave liabilities and payroll taxes.
• Support month-end activities and GL balances.
• Prepare regular payroll reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with management to communicate payroll policies.
