You'll work with our PR, digital and creative teams to ensure events form part of a bigger story, with multiple projects and tight deadlines, while staying calm under pressure and focusing on profitable delivery.

• Solid event production experience and readiness for the next step.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without loss of detail.
• Build genuine relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Commercially savvy with budget ownership and profitability focus.
• Stay across industry trends and translate them into ideas.
• Remain calm under pressure and adapt to plan changes.

Responsibilities

• Take events from concept to completion, owning all production elements.
• Build proposals, budgets, run sheets and schedules aligned with client goals.
• Handle end-to-end logistics, onboarding suppliers and risk assessments.
• Advise clients with ideas and tailored solutions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts to avoid misses.
• Collaborate with PR, digital and creative teams to integrate ideas.
• Monitor profitability targets on every job.
• Spot new business opportunities and help convert them into work.
