Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a temporary part-time role in South Western Sydney. The position covers end-to-end AP processes, vendor reconciliations, and timely supplier payments.

You will manage invoice processing, receipts into the ERP system, and payment runs while maintaining high accuracy. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and ERP experience, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to AP administration in a team

Qualifications

• End-to-end accounts payable knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounts payable activities.
• Process daily reconciliations.
• Receipt of goods into ERP system and match to AP invoices.
• Process invoices accurately and on time.
• Process supplier payments on time and generate payment runs.
• Export reports for payment runs.
• General AP administration.
