weave. Recruitment is looking for a NativeAndroid Developer to join our Melbourne team on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on building and maintaining native Android features using Kotlin, within an established mobile team.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of native Android experience, are comfortable in a mature codebase, and can own features end-to-end from build to release. This is a long-running platform with stability and growth potential for the right engineer.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years experience in native Android (Kotlin) mid level only.
• Comfortable working in an existing native codebase, not just greenfield build.
• Confident owning a feature end to end.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain native mobile features, using Kotlin for Android.
• Work within an established mobile team on a platform used at scale, alongside senior engineers.
• Own features from build through to release, not just isolated tickets.
