The role links clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to ensure changes are safe, compliant and standardised for high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Significant experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) EMR system and understanding of workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across clinical, operational, technical and vendor stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• User Engagement and Issue Identification
• Facilitate development, scoping requirements and submission for EMR enhancements
• Lead testing and change coordination and implement approved enhancements
• Regionalisation of workflows to streamline processes across Gippsland Network
• Assist with regional clinical application projects where EMR enhancements are in scope
