Job summary

West Gippsland Healthcare Group seeks an experienced EMR Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a fixed-term contract to optimise and support Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) and Opal EMR systems across Gippsland health services. You will liaise with clinical, operational, and vendor partners to ensure safe, compliant and standardised EMR changes.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager EMR
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Demonstrated governance, testing and change coordination experience
Ability to work with clinical, operational and vendor stakeholders across regions

Responsibilities

User engagement and issue identification
Facilitate development, scoping requirements and submission for EMR enhancements
Lead testing and implementation of approved enhancements
Regionalisation of workflows across Gippsland Local Health Service Network
Assist with regional and departmental EMR projects within scope
