Royal Children's Hospital invites applications for a Part-Time 0.8 FTE ongoing Educator role in the Digital Innovation & EMR Team. You will design, deliver and evaluate EMR education for staff across disciplines, lead onboarding for new starters, and contribute to ongoing optimisation education to build digital capability and efficiency.
Immediate start and pro-rata salary apply. The role requires a tertiary qualification in education/health informatics or equivalent experience, and proficiency
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and evaluating education or training programs for adult learners, preferably in healthcare.
Responsabilités
- Design, develop and maintain EMR curricula, lesson plans and eLearning modules.
- Deliver onboarding EMR training to new starters and large intake cohorts (classroom, virtual, eLearning, at-the-elbow).
- Provide targeted optimisation education to improve staff efficiency with EMR.
- Coach EMR liaisons and education teams to extend reach of EMR education across the organisation.
