Job summary

Northern Health is inviting applications for a Digital Health Trainer to design, develop and deliver role-based education across clinical and non-clinical staff. This role focuses on translating system designs into practical learning experiences, supporting safe use of Electronic Medical Records and other Digital Health tools.

Successful candidates will have relevant qualifications in health/education and instructional design, with current clinical registration where applicable, and a background

Qualifications

• Qualified in clinical practice or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
• Current clinical registration where applicable.
• Qualification or certification in instructional design, change management, project management, or Digital Health.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, coordinating, delivering and evaluating role-based Digital Health education for staff.
• Translating approved system designs into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Supporting staff to safely use the Electronic Medical Record and Digital Health apps.
• Maintaining training environments, curricula, assessments and learning resources.
• Providing education and adoption support during project implementation and go-live.
• Monitoring training participation and adoption outcomes for continuous improvement.
