Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower participants in SIL settings, promoting independence and dignity within their homes. You’ll provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and help participants participate in social and community events.

The role includes shifts on a 24/7 roster, with practical induction and ongoing training to ensure high-quality support. A Driver’s license and vehicle are advantageous for community engagement.
