Job summary

Working within the NDIS framework, you will help people maintain independence, participate in community activities, and manage daily living tasks with person-centred care.

The role is permanent part-time across locations, requiring flexibility and willingness to travel to Bethania for mandatory paid training.

Qualifications

• NDIS framework experience or understanding preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience delivering person-centred care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily living activities including personal care and household tasks.
• Deliver tailored support to clients with psychosocial needs.
• Assist with social outings, shopping, and appointments.
• Liaise with families and client representatives as required.
• Promote positive behaviours, skill development and meaningful learning experiences.
