Job summary

St Jude’s Health Care Group is seeking a Disability Support Worker with advanced community skills to support clients within the NDIS framework. You will promote independence and assist with daily living activities in community and home settings.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, building meaningful relationships, and working as part of a broader home and community team. Mandurah/Rockingham locations offer local client access.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Proof of working rights (Passport or visa) required.
• Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Working With Children Check issued in Western Australia.
• Experience as a disability support worker is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take clients out for social outings and appointments.
• Provide daily living assistance at clients' homes (toileting, showering, dressing).
• Assist with light domestic duties and meal preparation/eating support.
• Liaise with families/representatives as required.
