EducationHQ is seeking a School Counsellor for Dubbo College South Campus in the NSW public school system. The role focuses on counselling and psychological assessment to support student wellbeing and learning outcomes, within a collegiate, multidisciplinary team.

The successful applicant will work across the lifespan with primary and high school students, receiving supervision and professional development, and may engage with external agencies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in counselling using evidence-based interventions with a demonstrated understanding of the mental health needs of children and young people.
• Experience in the psychological assessment of children and young people, including case formulation and report writing.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to improve learning and wellbeing outcomes for diverse students.

• Provide counselling to students and conduct psychological assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and external agencies to support student wellbeing.
• Participate in supervision and contribute to a multidisciplinary team across campuses.
