Pathway Talent is recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist people with disability across Port Stephens in NSW. You will provide practical, person-centred support that respects each customer’s preferences, abilities and routines.

Competenze

Ability to provide person-centred support respecting preferences and routines.
Experience supporting people living with disability and/or mental health challenges is desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to professional boundaries and reliable service.

Assist with daily living activities including personal care and meal preparation.
Encourage community participation and social connections.
Help customers work toward individual goals and build skills.
