Job summary

You will help with daily living, accompany activities, and encourage independence using person-centred plans while following care protocols. Flexible shifts and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support.
• Follow care plans and protocols, including medication administration and personal care.
• Support housemates to engage in community activities.
• Complete shift notes and maintain records of care plans and progress.
• Support individuals with managing challenging behaviour per plans by healthcare practitioners.
• Encourage independent living by teaching new skills.
