Advantage Healthcare Support (AHS) is actively seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist a female participant on Sydney's Northern Beaches. You will provide person-centred care, domestic help and social support, following a care plan and helping with community access to enhance independence and wellbeing.

The role offers flexible hours as a casual position, with shifts on ongoing rosters and opportunities for additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Full Australian Driver Licence.
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, domestic assistance and social support.
• Follow the care plan accurately.
• Assist with community access and participation in activities.
• Support safe routines while promoting wellbeing.
