Job summary

Incluso Services Pty Ltd is seeking Community Support Workers for casual roles in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. The role involves helping participants live independently with dignity, supporting personal care, meals, and social activities, and enabling access to community programs.

The job emphasises empathy, reliability, and a commitment to inclusion, with shifts including weekday afternoons and overnights as needed. A driver licence and Australian work authorisation are required.

Qualifications

• Authorised to work in Adelaide.
• Valid Adelaide Driver Licence.
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or studying towards it.
• PEG feeding experience.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience.
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid/CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day community support to participants to live safely and independently.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
• Support meal prep, domestic tasks, transport and social participation.
• Encourage personal development and goal achievement.
• Build trusting relationships and deliver people-centred care.
• Promote inclusion, independence and empowerment for participants.
