Job summary

Incluso Services Pty Ltd. in Adelaide’s Northern Suburbs is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team for casual shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers.

You’ll support participants to live independently with dignity, assist personal care, meals and transport, and help them engage with community activities in a person-centred way. Qualifications

• Experience in providing community-based support and assisting with personal care.
• Knowledge of disability services and person-centred care approaches.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to participants to live safely and with dignity.
• Assist with personal care routines, including hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Support meal preparation and domestic tasks to promote daily living skills.
• Offer transport and social support to help access community activities and appointments.
• Encourage personal development and goal achievement tailored to individual preferences.
• Build trusting relationships to understand needs and deliver participant-centred care.
• Empower participants to make choices and develop skills.
