Job summary

Incluso Services Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers for casual roles in the Northern Suburbs. You will support participants to live independently with dignity, assist with personal care, meals, and mobility, and enable access to community activities and appointments.

Applicants should be comfortable with evening shifts, have a valid driver’s license, and a passion for inclusion and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Commitment to inclusion, dignity and independence for participants.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day community support to help participants live safely and independently.
• Assist with personal care routines, hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Support meal preparation and domestic tasks to promote daily living skills.
• Offer transport and social support for community activities and appointments.
• Encourage personal development and help participants achieve goals.
• Build trusting relationships and deliver people-centred care.
• Empower participants to make choices and develop skills.
