Job summary

Incluso Services in Adelaide is seeking experienced Community Support Workers to assist participants with daily living in the community. Roles include caring for personal needs, assisting mobility, meal prep, and transport to activities and appointments.

Shifts vary from morning to night and casual/part-time options are available. You will work with a compassionate team dedicated to empowering people with disabilities and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting people with disabilities and empowering independence.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication with diverse teams and families.
• Experience with manual handling and basic care tasks.
• Ability to adapt to complex needs and changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day community support to help participants live safely and independently.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility as required.
• Support meal prep and domestic tasks to promote daily living skills.
• Offer transport and social support to access community activities and appointments.
• Build trusting, person-centered relationships and support goal achievement.
