Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Townsville is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and coach a diverse disability employment team, delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholders. You will develop strategic plans, oversee client-focused employment programs, build employer relationships, and represent the organisation at industry events.

A relocation allowance is available for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, job matching, and working with people with disabilities.
• Experience in staff performance management, including setting and monitoring KPIs, coaching team members, conducting performance reviews, and driving accountability.
• Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
