Job summary

Mylestones in Townsville is seeking a dedicated people-focused professional to lead recruitment, job matching and disability support services. You will work across the community to place people in meaningful roles while upholding our values of inclusion and respect.

Based in Townsville, you will build partnerships with employers, coordinate employment programs, and represent the organisation at events. A collaborative, customer-centred approach will help you drive great outcomes for participants.

• Experience in recruiting, job matching, and working with people with disabilities.
• Experience in staff performance management, including setting and monitoring KPIs, coaching team members, conducting performance reviews, and driving accountability to achieve individual and team outcomes.
• Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
