Job summary

Procare Group in Sydney seeks an Employment Placement Consultant to support people with injuries back to work. The role offers competitive remuneration, career development opportunities and a supportive, flexible culture.

Day-to-day tasks include placing clients, building employer relationships, engaging with the local community, and preparing clients for interviews. Sydney Metro is preferred, with regional considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a Workplace Rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent written & spoken English language skills (professional fluency).
• Unrestricted drivers licence (own vehicle required).

Responsibilities

• Support injured individuals to return to work using recruitment and career development skills.
• Build relationships with employers to generate suitable vacancies.
• Engage with the local community to identify employment opportunities.
• Market subsidised programs to incentivise employers to consider clients.
• Prepare clients for interviews and address key selection criteria.
• Meet face to face with clients to build confidence and independence in job seeking.
• Work within a multi disciplinary team to help clients find gainful and durable employment.

We are seeking an Employment Placement Consultant to join our team! Sydney Metro location preferred, however other regional areas will also be considered.
