Job summary

Procare Injury Management, part of Procare Group, seeks a Rehabilitation Consultant to join the NSW team based in Ballina with hybrid working options. You will assist clients with recovery and return-to-work planning, using your clinical skills and stakeholder collaboration to achieve positive outcomes.

You will conduct assessments, manage caseloads across portfolios, and build strong relationships with health professionals, insurers and employers to support client wellbeing and successful

Qualifications

• Registered rehabilitation professional (OT/PT/EP/psych/rehab counsellor) or equivalent with applicable registration/accreditation.
• Access to a vehicle and full driver’s licence.
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

The Role

• Assist with an injured person’s recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios
• Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
• Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You

• Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant registration/accreditation).
• Access to vehicle + full drivers' licence
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
• Exceptional communication, time management, attention to detail & problem solving skills
