Real Futures Pty is seeking an Employment Consultant with Inclusive Employment Australia to lead and support participants in finding meaningful work on the Gold Coast. You will assess barriers, develop tailored employment goals, and connect clients with opportunities and services.

You will build strong relationships with local employers, training providers and community organisations, delivering high-quality customer service while promoting inclusive employment practices.

The Employment Consultant Inclusive Employment Australia is responsible for leading, coaching and supporting participants to find employment.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting and understanding the clients' barriers and work to develop employment goals
• Creating and sourcing employment opportunities
• Supporting and helping clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure sustainable employment
• Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
• Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan
• Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
• Explaining to employers the benefits and supports in hiring someone with a barrier/disability

To be considered:

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
• Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
• Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
