Responsibilities

• Build relationships with jobseekers to understand interests, skills and goals.
• Provide ongoing post-placement support to sustain employment.
• Develop connections with local employers and services.
• Assist participants to engage in activities to boost employability and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate records including job plans and progress notes.
• Contribute to a high-performing, client-centred workforce Australia team.
