Job summary

APM is seeking an Employment Consultant at our Redfern, NSW site within the Workforce Australia Program. You will support participants to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment, helping them connect to opportunities that can change lives.

You will champion diversity and inclusion, engage with stakeholders confidently, and devise creative pathways to overcome barriers. A collaborative team culture, ongoing training, and recognition of achievements support your growth.
