Job summary

Real Futures Pty in Australia is seeking an Employment Consultant Inclusive Employment Australia to lead, coach and support participants to find meaningful employment in their communities.

You will build partnerships with local employers, tailor job plans, source opportunities, and deliver high‑quality customer service to clients, employers and stakeholders while advancing inclusive employment outcomes. This role emphasizes collaboration with the AKG network and offers development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have full working rights in Australia.
• Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Complete an Australia History Criminal Check.
• Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm.

• Creating and sourcing employment opportunities
• Supporting and helping clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure sustainable employment
• Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
• Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan
• Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
• Explaining to employers the benefits and supports in hiring someone with a barrier/disability

The Employment Consultant Inclusive Employment Australia is responsible for leading, coaching and supporting participants to find employment.

What will you be doing?

• Ability to deliver efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with employers
• Awareness of vulnerabilities and the positive effects of employment
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
