Job summary

Castle Personnel in Gosford is seeking an Employment Case Officer to support participants toward sustainable employment. The role involves coaching, guidance, training, and practical support to help individuals overcome barriers and build work readiness.

You’ll work full-time, with occasional duties in nearby areas, and you will help with resumes, job search, and interview preparation while building partnerships with employers and providers.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for helping people achieve their goals and reach their potential.
• Ability to motivate, encourage, and support individuals through challenges.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and administration requirements.

Full-time: $35.83 - $37.82 per hour

What You'll Bring
