Job summary

Joblink Plus in Armidale is seeking Employment Consultants to provide one-on-one case management and tailored employment support to participants across Workforce Australia programs.

You will help young people and adults move into employment or education, engage with local employers and training providers, and maintain accurate records to meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• Background in employment services or case management.
• Empathetic, motivated, and outcomes‑focused.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and values‑driven.
• Experience in employment services is desirable, not essential (full training provided).
