Job summary

Joblink Plus is seeking Employment Consultants to join our Maitland team, assisting participants across Workforce Australia programs. You will provide one-on-one case management and tailored employment support to help individuals move into work or education.

You will engage with local employers and training providers, maintain accurate records, and contribute to outcomes-focused results within a supportive, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Background in employment services or case management.
• Empathetic, motivated, and outcomes‑focused.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and values‑driven.
• Experience in employment services is desirable, not essential (full training provided).
