Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• No prior employment services experience required; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or administration are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with participants to understand goals and create plans.
• Connect participants with local employers and opportunities.
• Build relationships with employers to generate job opportunities.
• Promote participants' strengths and match to suitable roles.
• Identify barriers and coordinate support or training as needed.
• Maintain caseload, priorities, and follow-ups to keep processes moving.
• Keep accurate records and meet program compliance requirements.
