genU/MatchWorks is seeking an Employment Coach who supports people with disability, injury or other barriers toward meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You’ll build strong relationships, assess skills and goals, and provide practical, personalised support to help participants become job ready and achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting people with disability or vocational barriers.
  • Ability to build relationships and provide personalised support.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate (assistance provided).

Responsibilities

  • Understand participants' strengths and goals to match with opportunities.
  • Bridge the gap between job seekers and local employers by promoting skills.
  • Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long-term success.
  • Help participants develop practical career plans that boost confidence.
