genU, through MatchWorks, is seeking an Employment Coach to support people with disability, injury, illness, or other barriers into meaningful employment under the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You’ll build relationships, understand their skills, experience and goals, and provide practical, personalised support to help them become job ready and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate required (we’ll guide you through this).

• Work with participants to understand strengths and goals to match employment opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between job seekers and local employers by promoting skills.
• Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long-term success.
• Develop practical career plans that unlock potential and boost confidence.
