atWork Australia is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team and help establish sustainable employment opportunities for clients. You will develop and manage relationships with local employers to create meaningful job opportunities and support our clients into work.

You will collaborate with Job Coaches to align candidate skills with employer needs, deliver post-placement support, and contribute to KPI targets in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience in relationship management or advocacy for clients.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

We are looking for a results and relationship driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.

You'll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, guiding how we support clients, our communities and each other.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in relationship management and/or advocacy for clients
• Thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated to exceed KPIs
• Has strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Is confident in building relationships and engaging employers from diverse industries
• Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence
