Job summary

atWork Australia in Devonport is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to create sustainable employment opportunities for clients by building strong relationships with local employers. You will partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for the labour market, identify leads, and provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success.

This role focuses on achieving KPIs in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and requires Australian citizenship or permanent residency at

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management and/or advocacy for clients.
• Motivated to exceed KPIs in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confident in building relationships and engaging employers from diverse industries.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a results and relationship driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team in Devonport.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, guiding how we support clients, our communities and each other.

In this role, you will:
