Job summary

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking a seasoned People Operations leader to head the Employee Services function and drive the organisation's People Operations improvement agenda across HR technology, service delivery, and employee experience.

You will partner with the People & Culture leadership to set strategic direction, lead enterprise-wide transformation, enable self-service through efficient workflows, and deliver insightful workforce analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading HR Operations, Employee Services or People Operations.
  • Proven ability to deliver process improvement or technology-enabled change.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Employee Services function and establish a clear vision for operational excellence.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to improve employee experiences and service delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver transformational improvements.
  • Oversee HR technology implementations and adoption, self-service expansion.
  • Provide workforce reporting, governance and insights for informed decisions.
