Job summary

Join Bunnings in Melbourne as an HR Employee Relations Advisor, providing employment relations advice and solutions to leaders and team members across the nation. You will be the first point of contact for ER matters, working within the People Advisory team at our Burnley location to support over 55,000 team members.

You will champion grievances, investigations, and complex injury matters while ensuring legislative compliance and mitigating business risk, with national scope and a strong focus

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Law, HR, Business, Commerce, Industrial Relations.
• Proven experience in an HR role with a focus on end-to-end employee relations and investigations.
• Ability to interpret Industrial Instruments (EA/Awards).
• Strong knowledge of employee relations legislation.
• Experience with Form F3 completion and unfair dismissal conciliations is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Champion employee relations grievances and investigations.
• Masterfully resolve complex injury management matters.
• Provide advice and guidance for leaders and team members over the phone.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Negotiate outcomes to mitigate business risks.
• Track and record cases using the HR case management system.
